Hermes Calendar ("the app") is a personal automation assistant operated by Wilson Hailey for his own use. The app is not offered as a service to the public and is not intended for use by anyone other than its operator.
The app accesses Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Sheets, Docs) under the operator's own Google account and in accordance with the Google Terms of Service and Google API Terms of Service. Use of the app does not grant any rights to Google services beyond the operator's existing account terms.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The operator assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or data loss arising from use of the app or its integration with Google services.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
